Kim Jones, RN, CRM

Kim Jones has 40+ years of experience in the surgical setting. She started out as a Certified Surgical Technologist, became a Certified First Assistant, and then became a Registered Nurse. Her rolls have included Retina Specialists, Orthopaedic/Neurosurgery Coordinator, and OR Nurse Manager in both the hospital and ambulatory settings.  She is currently serving as the Director of Surgical Operations for Marisa Consulting. Kim has been directly involved with purchasing supplies, equipment, and instruments for the surgical suite. She has also worked closely with Centers to assist in their accreditation process with both JCAHO and AAAHC.

Kim is currently the director of surgical operations for Marisa Consulting. She is one of the six women who make up Marisa Consultings decades of ASC experiences. Her goal is to contribute in bringing your surgery center up to code and achieving maximum success for your business with her ASC expertise.
